CSG Extends Deal With DISH
Englewood, Colorado-based CSG Systems International, which provides customer support and billing outsourcing to the cable and satellite TV industry, reported today that it has signed a new, multi-year agreement with DISH Network. The firm did not detail the expected financial impact of the renewed deal, however, the firm said in an 8K that CSG generated approximately eighteen percent of its total revenues in Q3 of this year. CSG said the deal includes a 3-year commitment for customer care and billing through December 31 of 2012, a 5-year commitment for print and mail services through December 31 of 2014, and an option to extend all of the services through December 31, 2015.
