TopTenREVIEWS Acquires Space.com, Other Sites
Ogden, Utah-based TopTenREVIEWS, an operator of comparison shopping and news web sites, has acquire a slate of Internet media properties from Imaginova Inc., the firm said today. According to TopTenREVIEWS, it acquired the Consumer Media Division of Imaginova, which operates Space.com, LiveScience.com, and Newsarama.com. Financial terms fo the acquisition were not disclosed. TopTenREVIEWS said it has created a new entity called the TechMediaNetwork top operate the properties. TopTenREVIEWS is venture backed by Highway 12 Ventures and Village Ventures.
