Ancestry.com has set the pricing range for its initial public offering, according to documents filed by the firm on Tuesday. According to the company, it expects the IPO price of its common stock to be between $12.50 and $14.50 per share. Ancestry.com filed for an IPO in early August. Ancestry.com said it has applied to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market as ACOM. The IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, Jeffries & Company, Piper Jaffray, and BMO Capital Markets. The firm is offering 7,407,407 share in the IPO.
