ON Semiconductor Inks Deal With LSI
Phoenix, Arizona-based ON Semiconductor is reporting today that the firm is in a deal with LSI Corporation over a collaboration on 110 nanometer process technology. According to ON Semiconductor, it has expanded its application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) offers in an agreement with LSI, covering process technology and associated intellectual property. ON Semiconductor did not reveal financial details of the agreement.
