Yieldex, a provider of technology used for online advertising forecasting, said today that the firm has raised $8.5M in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Madrona Venture Group, and also included Amazon.com, Sequel Venture Partners, and First Round Capital. The firm--which was headquartered in Boulder, Colorado--said it was moving its company headquarters to New York City in conjunction with the round. Yieldex said the move would put the firm "at the center of the digital media ecosystem."
