Lumidigm Inc., a manufacturer of biometric security devices, revealed Thursday that it has partnered with Israel-based biometrics systems producer BioGuard Components & Technologies Ltd. The financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. According to Ephram Yeashoua, BioGuard’s president, Lumidigm will supply his company with its multispectral imaging sensors, which will then be installed in BioGuard’s systems. BioGuard serves customers throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Lumidigm is headquartered in Albuquerque, N.M.
