Silicon Valley Bank Promotes Ridgley
SVB Silicon Valley Bank, a provider of financial services to companies in the technology, life sciences, private equity and premium wine industries, reported earlier this week that it has promoted Derek Ridgley to risk manager of its Colorado-based Central Division. In his new role, Ridgley will handle risk management and underwriting duties for the 28-state division and will report to Scott Bergquist, division manager. SVB said Ridgley joined the company in 1997, not long after it opened its first Colorado office. A member of the SVB Financial Group, SVB Silicon Valley Bank is headquartered in Santa Clara, Calif. Its Central Division is based in Broomfield, Colo.
