Omniture Signs HIT Entertainment
Orem, Utah-based web analytics firm Omniture said Thursday that its services have been selected by HIT Entertainment, which produces Barney, Bob the Builder, Thomas & Friends, and other children's entertainment. Financial deals of the customer win were not disclosed. According to Omniture, HIT will use the firm's software to measure audience interaction with its 50 online properties. HIT Entertainment is owned by private equity firm Apax Partners, and also manages Jim Henson's brands, and The Wiggles in the UK.
