Allegiance Buys Compliance Firms
Salt Lake City, Utah-based Allegiance, a provider of enterprise feedback management services, said today that it has acquired two Virginia-based companies in the ethics and compliance hotline service area. Allegiance said that Virginia-based Resultor LLC and Confide Inc. have been acquired by the firm, and the operations have been consolidated into the firm's South Jordan headquarters. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed. Both Resultor and Confide provided ethics and compliance hotline services. Allegiance is a developer of customer and employee feedback collection services.
