Overstock.com Loses Director
Salt Lake City, Utah-based online retailer Overstock.com announced late Thursday evening that Ray J. Groves has resigned from the firm's board of directors. Groves has been a director at the company since October of 2005. No reason for the resignation was given. Overstock.com is an online retailer offering discount and closeout merchandise for sale.
