RightNow Technologies and Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc. have jointly developed a customer service application, RightNow reported Tuesday. The new software, which integrates each company's proprietary customer relationship management suites, will be available by the end of May, RightNow said, adding that both partners will sell the product. The application will enable clients to address their customers' needs over the phone or through the Internet, using the Genesys 7.5 contact center-based software or RightNow's Web-based platform. Based in Bozeman, Montana, RightNow Technologies is a software-as-a-service firm specializing in online-oriented solutions.
