Altiris Sets Date For Acquisition Vote
Salt Lake City, Utah-based Altiris announced this morning that it has set a date for its stockholder vote on the acquisition of the firm by Symantec. The firm said that the vote will occur on April 4th. Altiris is in the midst of a $830M acquisition by Symantec, which was originally announced in January.
