Decisioneering Acquired By Hyperion
Hyperion, a provider of business performance management software, announced this afternoon that it has acquired Denver, Colorado-based Decisioneering. Financial terms were not disclosed. Hyperion said that it will operate Decisioneering as a stand-alone business unit. The firm said that it will use the acquisition to integrate risk management more deeply into its solutions. Hyperion's business performance management software is used for business decision making.
