Consonus, Strategic Technologies Merge
Salt Lake City, Utah-based Consonus and North Carolina-based Strategic Technologies, Inc. said today that the two firms have merged. Both companies provide high-availability data centers and managed IT services. The companies will merge into Consonus Technologies, Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. STI was advised by Raymond James and Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP in the deal; Consonus was advised by Knox Lawrence International and Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
