StorePerform Acquired By RedPrairie
Denver, Colorado-based StorePerform, a provider of retail performance management software, has been acquired by Milwaukee-based RedPrairie. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The firms said that StorePerform will continue to run out of Denver, and that no headcount reductions are planned due to the acquisition. The firms said that StorePerform will become part of RedPrairie's Retail Productivity Solutions division. The acquisition is expected to close in the next 20-30 days.
