Greenwood Village, Colorado-based Quovadx is reporting that Mark S. Rangell, the firm's Executive Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Services, has resigned. Quovadx said that Rangell is leaving to become the CEO of a startup company in the financial services sector. Quovadx is a provider of systems development and software products, both in the health care and software development areas.
