MobileDataforce Acquires Treetop Technologies

Boise, Idaho-based MobileDataforce said today that it has acquired Treetop Technologies, a fellow Boise provider of database and web design, development, and integration services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Mobiledataforce develops mobile software dvelopment for handheld computers, PDAs, and tablet PCs. MobileDataforce said the acquisition was managed by Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley LLP.
