Mesa Labs Buys Canadian Distributor

Lakewood, Colorado-based Mesa Labs, a developer of testing kits and other products for the healthcare, industrial, and other markets, said earlier this week that it has acquired the assets and liabilities of HANSAmed Limited, a distributor of its products in Canada. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. HANSAmed distributed the company's biological indicator products and mail-in testing srevices to the dental market. Mesa Laboratories said the acquisition will add approximately $200,000 to its revenues in the first 12 months.
