Meeting Planning Site Expands Into Colorado

Meetingpages.com, an online site for finding information about setting up meetings and conferences, said yesterday that the firm has extended its coverage into Colorado. The site, which is owned by Mighty Dog Media LLC, said its Rocky Mountain service now includes some 2,000 Colorado meeting and event suppliers. The site maintains a database of hotels, caterers, transportation firms, and other resources for meeting planners and event organizers. In conjunction with the Colorado expansion, the company added that it has hired Kori Hauer as its Colorado advertising director. Mighty Dog said Hauer, who will be based in Denver, boasts 10 years of business-to-business sales experience. Founded in 2006, Mighty Dog Media is based in Savage, Minn. Its meetingpages.com Web site currently serves markets in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Colorado.
