MediConnect Buys ZEROP

Salt Lake City, Utah-based MediConnect has purchased ZEROP Medical, a local firm providing medical record retrieval products for the legal industry. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The acquisition came in conjunction with a round of investment funding that the firm reported this morning. Judd Armstrong, founder and CEO of ZEROP Medical will join MediConnect as part of the deal.
