mediaFORGE Names Former Google Exec To Board

Salt Lake City-based mediaFORGE, a developer of online advertising retargeting technology, said today that it has named Karl Sun to its board of directors. Sun, who is CEO of LucidChart, was formerly an executive at Google, having served as patent council and leading clean technology investments at Google.org. Sun also had served as Head of Business Development of Google's China Region, and has served at Perkins Coie LLP, and the Venture Law Group, among other positions. MediaFORGE is headed by Tony Zito, and offers up behavioral targeting and dynamic ads for online marketers, which helps those marketers reach users who have visited their web site and perhaps may have abandoned a purchase or have been researching products. mediaFORGE is backed by Prospector Equity and Gazelle, the investment fund of Greg Warnock and Alan Hall.
