Mechatronic Solutions Acquired

Albuquerque, New Mexico-based Mechatronic Solutions, a provider of mechanical engineering and other consulting services, has been acquired by California-based National Technical Systems. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. National Technical Systems is a provider of engineerin services. MSI was founded in 1993, and provides consulting services to the aerospace and defense market. National Technical Systems said Mechatronic had revenues of approximately $7.5M.
