MatchMate Acquired By LikeBright

Provo, Utah-based online dating software developer MatchMate has been acquired in an asset deal by online and mobile dating software developer LikeBright, the two said this week. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. LikeBrite is based in Seattle. MatchMate was founded in 2012 by John Richards, who has joined LikeBrite as part of the acquisition.
