MarketPay Acquired By PayScale

Denver-based MarketPay, a developer of online source of compensation data and surveys for companies and human resources teams, has been acquired by PayScale, the two said Thursday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the companies. PayScale is owned by private equity investor Warburg Pincus. MarketPay was led by CEO Mark Avery.
