Maritz Buys Allegiance Software

South Jordan-based customer feedback software developer Allegiance Software and enterprise market research company Maritz Holdings said Wednesday that Maritz has acquired Allegiance, and created a new commpany called MaritzCX. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. MartixCX will be based in South Jordan, Utah, and will be led by former Allegiance CEO Carine Clark. Maritz had been based in Missouri.
