Mandelbrot Project Gets $500K

Boulder-based Mandelbrot Project, a stealth mode startup headed by Peter Sheinbaum, former President of DailyCandy, has received $500,000 in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm today. No details on the funding have been announced, however, Seth Levine of the Foundry Group is listed as a board member of the firm. Sheinbaum left DailyCandy in May. Sheinbaum sold DailyCandy in August of 2008 to Comcast Interactive Media. More information »
