mGive: Over 500 Organizations Served

Denver-based mGive, which operates a service which allows nonprofits to take mobile donations, reports today that it has now provided it service to over 500 philanthropic organizations in the United States. The company said those 500 companies have run over 7,000 mobile campaigns via its services. mGive allows users to donate money to causes via text messaging, social networking, and mobile applications. mGive said its clients currently include the American Red Cross, Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Children's Miracle Network, Defenders of Wildlife, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Starlight Children's Foundation, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, United Way, and others.
