M2M Data Corporation Acquires Implicit Monitoring Solutions

Englewood, Colorado-based M2M Data Corporation, which provides remote monitoring services for the oil and gas market, said this week that it has acuqired the operating assets of Implicit Monitoring Solutions. Implicit develops software and hardware for the oil and gas electronic flow meter monitoring market. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Implicit's Intellsite product is a web-based remote monitoring service used by oil and gas customers to manage their production.
