LiteTouch Acquired By Savant

Salt Lake City-based LiteTouch, a manufacturer of lighting control products, has been acquired by Savant Systems, a developer Apple-based home automation and control systems. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. LiteTouch develops lighting control systems, dimmers, keypads, and other products, including systems which can control lighting from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. Savant also offers lighting control products, including those which connect into iOS devices form Apple. Savant said its new lighting control group will continue to operate out of the Salt Lake City area.
