Limelight Buys EyeWonder

Tempe, Arizona-based Limelight Networks is in a deal to acquire EyeWonder, a developer of a video advertising serving platform. Limelight said it would pay approximately $110M, in a combination of $62M in cash plus 12.74 million shares of its common stock, for EyeWonder. EyeWonder's products include services for tracking and optimization rich media and interactive video advertising campaigns, used by advertisers, interactive agencies, and content publishers.
