Limelight Networks Catches MLB

Tempe, Arizona-based Limelight Networks, a content delivery network (CDN) provider, has added Major League Baseball as a customer. The firm said it has provided mobile audio streaming services to MLB Advanced Media, for its MLB.com At Bat 2009 application for iPhone and iPod touch, since the start of the season. The firm did not disclose financial impact of the win. MLB's At Bat 2009 is a live broadcast app for all MLB games.
