LifeLock Signs Dental Association

Identity theft prevention service provider LifeLock revealed Tuesday that it has signed a partnership with the Tennessee Dental Association. As a result of the agreement, LifeLock explained, its identity theft protection services will be offered to association members at a discounted price. The financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Headquartered in Franklin, Tenn., the Tennessee Dental Association boasts some 2,350 members. LifeLock is a privately held company based in Tempe, Ariz., and backed by Goldman Sachs, Bessemer Venture Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers.
