Lifelock Acquires ID Analytics, Raises $100M

Tempe, Arizona-based LifeLock said Wednesday that it has acquired ID Analytics, a provider of risk and identification management services. LifeLock said that it has raised $100M in new, preferred equity as part of the acquisition. The new funding came from Bessemer Venture Partners, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Symantec Corporation, River Street Management, Industry Ventures, Institutional Venture Partners, Keating Capital, and Cross Creek Capital. Financial terms of the buy were not announced.
