Liberty Global Completes Chellomedia Sale

Denver-based media giant Liberty Global said late night that it has completed its sale of international channel unit Chellomedia, to AMC Networks. The deal was worth $1.0 billion. The deal had first been announced in October. Chellomedia's assets include the Film1 and Sports1 channels.
