Level 3 Wins Phillippine Phone Company

Broomfield, Colorado-based Level 3 Communications reports this morning that it has signed an agreement with the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), where PLDT will use its communications link between the Phillipines and the U.S. Financial details of the win were not announced. Level 3 said PLDT will use its landing station connectivity at the Asian America Gateway (AAG) submarine cable systems, for voice, data, and video traffic to the United States.
