Level 3 Completes SAVVIS CDN Acquisition

Broomfield, Colorado-based Level 3 Communications has completes its acquisition of the Content Delivery Network services business of SAVVIS, the firm said earlier this week. The deal was worth $132.5M. The deal included assets including network elements, customer contracts, and intellectual property used in the SAVVIS CDN business.
