LeisureLink Sees Hiccup In Reservations, Suspends Service

Salt Lake City-based LeisureLink appears to have run into some issues with reservations with its partners, and has suspended all new reservations and stopped allowing for modifications of existing reservations through its service. In an email sent to its partners, it said it's been "working aggressively to complete a corporate transaction", and continued, "Regardless of what you may have heard we are still in that process and anticipate a positive outcome." It's unclear what kind of issues caused the company to suspend reservations on the service, however, the company announced a deal to sell its consumer facing properties to Ski.com last month. We've reached out to LeisureLink for comment. (Update: A representative of Ski.com said that its deal to acquire the consumer facing properties at LeisureLink completed earlier this year, and that it is unaware of any issues relating to LeisureLink's other businesses; Ski.com now owns VacationRoost.com, MountainReservations.com, ParkCityReservations.com, BrekenridgeDestinations.com, and others, which are not affected by whatever issues LeisureLink is facing with its technology business).
