Layer3 TV Acquisition By T-Mobile Worth $325M

The acquisition of Denver-based Layer3 TV by T-Mobile was worth $325M, according to T-Mobile's third quarter results filing. According to T-Mobile, the deal is still subject to customary working capital and other post-closing adjustments. T-Mobile acquired Layer3 TV in January, to help it launch its own, mobile TV service.
