LANDESK Buys Naurtech

Salt Lake City-based LANDESK said this morning that it has acquired Naurtech, a developer of mobile access software for Windows CE. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. LANDESK said the acquisition will help it expand its business and add additional mobility solutions to the product. Naurtech develops mobile access software for such enterprise apps as SAP, via Windows CE platform devices.
