KPA Buys Succeed Management Solutions

Lafayette, Colorado-based KPA, a developer of environment health and safety (EHS) and HR management software, said Wednesday that it has acquired Succeed Management Solutions, LLC, a developer of web-based risk management and safety software. Success Management develops its software for the insurance market, serving such industries as automotive, construction, manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage, transportation, healthcare, energy, government, and hospitality. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. KPA is led by CEO Vane Clayton.
