Kozio Names CEO, President

Longmont, Colorado-based Kozio, a developer of diagnostics products for the embedded systems market, said today that it has named Clint Ostrander as the firm's CEO and President. Ostrander joins from Trace Analytical, where he was Founder and CEO. Ostrander is also on the executive committee of MIT sponsored Venture Mentoring Services, and was also an advisor to the U.S. Space Shuttle program. According to the firm, current CEO Joe Skazinski becomes Chief Business Development Officer for the firm, and continues to serve as Chairman of the board. Kozio is backed by the Boulder Angels.
