Knowledge Computing, i2 Complete Merger

Tucson, Arizona-based Knowledge Computing Corporation, which provides software to the law enforcement industry, said late last week that it has completed its merger with i2, a provider of visual analytics software. Financial deals of the merger have not been announced. Knowledge Computing Corporation is backed by Diamond Ventures, which invests in businesses and real estate. The firm develops COPLINK, which is used by law enforcement for crime analysis.
