Kindara Names Denise Franklin As New CEO

Boulder-based Kindara, which develops products to help women monitor their fertility cycle, said today that it has named a new CEO. The company said that Denise Franklin, formerly of SendGrid, will join the company as CEO, with Kindara founder and former CEO Will Sacks will become VP of Product Development. Franklin was previously VP of Revenue at SendGrid, where she oversaw its growth from zero revenues and five employees, to over $40M and 250 employees. She also served at @Last Software (Acquired by Google) and Message Media (also acquired by Google). Kindara develops Wink, a Bluetooth-enabled basal thermometer which helps women track their fertility on a very accurate basis. The device is used by women who are both looking to improve their odds of getting pregnant, as well as those looking to avoid pregnancy.
