Denver-based instant-messaging software publisher Jabber Inc. reported Wednesday that it has appointed Tucker Fagan to its board of directors. Jabber said Fagan boasts more than 40 years of business and military experience, including 30 years with the United States Air Force as a commander at the squadron and wing levels and as a strategic planner in several headquarters positions. His final USAF commission was vice commander of the Twentieth Air Force, for which he was second-in-command of more than 14,000 personnel. Most recently, Fagan has served as chief executive officer of the Wyoming Business Council, the business development agency for the Cowboy State.
