iXtend Acquired By Velocity Technology Solutions

Denver-based iXtend, a provider of managed services for the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and World software, has been acquired by Velocity Technology Solutions, a New York-based cloud application hosting company. Financial details of the buy wer enot disclosed. iXtend's headquarters are in Denver.
