Intela Acquires CrispAds

Boulder, Colorado-based Intela announced this morning that it has acquired CrispAds, a firm that operates a blog advertising network. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Intela, a provider of media and marketing services, said it plans to grow the CripAds platform to support advertising opportunities for its clients. CrispAds was originally founded in 2004.
