Denver-based insightsoftware.com, which develops business performance management software, said today that it has acquired Antivia, a developer of business intelligence software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. insightsoftware.com said the acquisition will help it extend beyond Oracle and JD Edwards into the SAP ERP market. insightsoftware.com--which markets its software under the "Hubble" brand name--is led by Alwyn Welch. The two said they will remain as separate brands, but share their tehnology base. Antivia was based in the UK.
