inContact Sets CTO

Salt Lake City-based cloud contact software developer inContact has named a new Chief Technology Officer, the company announced Monday. The company said it has named Julian Critchfield as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, reporting to CEO Paul Jarman. Critchfield was previously at GE Healthcare, serving as Global CTO and General Manager of Specialty Solutions; he also served at Micro Focus International and Oracle. The company said Critchfield was last responsible for more than 700 people and $900M in revenue at GE Healthcare.
