inContact Names Marketing Head

Salt Lake City-based inContact, a developer of call center software-as-a-service, said today that it has named Mariann McDonagh as its Chief Marketing Officer. McDonagh joins the firm from Verint Systems, a provider of call center workforce optimization products. She also has served at Xtralis LTD, Cheyenne Software, election.com and CMP Media. inContact develops software used to manage call center agents.
