inContact Ties Into Microsoft CRM Software
Salt Lake City-based inContact, a developer of software as a service for customer contact and call centers, said today that the firm has integrated its products with Microsoft's CRM tool, Microsoft Dynamics CRM. According to the firm, the integratio includes single sign-on, and ability to pull up information from Microsoft's CRM tool when customer support agents answer a call. inContact provides handling of interactive voice response (IVR), inbound and outbound phone calls for customer service.
